TAF FLIX COPYRIGHT, OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
Purpose of This Policy
Taf Flix is built as a producer driven digital film economy. This means creators keep ownership of their work while Taf Flix provides distribution, payments and audience access.
This policy explains:
• Who owns the movies.
• What Taf Flix is allowed to do.
• What producers allow when they upload content.
• How copyright disputes are handled.
Ownership of Content
When a producer uploads a movie, series, documentary, livestream, trailer or any creative content to Taf Flix:
• The producer does NOT give ownership of the content to Taf Flix.
• The producer remains the legal copyright holder.
• Taf Flix does not claim creative ownership.
However, by uploading, the producer gives Taf Flix a license to host, stream, sell and distribute that content on the Taf Flix platform.
What License the Producer Gives Taf Flix
By uploading content, the producer grants Taf Flix:
• The right to host the content.
• The right to stream it to users.
• The right to charge users for access.
• The right to promote it.
• The right to show previews, thumbnails, and trailers.
• The right to include it in marketing.
This license is:
• Non-exclusive.
• Global.
• Valid for as long as the content remains on Taf Flix.
The producer can request removal when their contract expires or renew it.
Producer Legal Responsibility
Every producer is legally responsible for the content they upload.
They confirm that:
• They own the movie or have legal rights to distribute it.
• No one else’s copyright is violated.
• All actors, writers and crew have been properly paid or contracted.
• Music and footage used are licensed.
If any legal claim arises, the producer is responsible, not Taf Flix.
Copyright Infringement Claims
If someone believes their work was uploaded illegally, they can submit a copyright complaint.
Taf Flix will:
• Review the claim.
• Temporarily remove the content if needed.
• Ask the producer for proof of ownership.
• Permanently remove content if infringement is confirmed.
Repeat offenders will be banned.
Anti-Piracy Protection
Taf Flix uses:
• Secure streaming.

• DRM-style restrictions.
Any user caught recording, copying, redistributing or selling Taf Flix content will be permanently banned and may face legal action.
Fan Usage Rights
Fans who pay to watch or download content receive:

Removal and Termination
